Revolutionizing the Ride!
Designing a smarter, more connected motorcycle experience
TVS Connect is a connected mobility app that gathers and translates motor-vehicle data and translates it into usable information empowering riders to improve and optimise their on-road performance. It also acts as a service platform reminding riders about and allowing them to call on roadside assistance and schedule maintenance checkups.

Problem
From bikers we learnt
Inspired by MotoGP and F1, they wish for a strava/garmin equivalent for biking.
From TVS engineers we learnt
More ride metrics can be made accessible to riders.
gearshift data, clutch usage, deceleration/acceleration metrics.
Hypothesis
By bringing relevant bike metrics to bikers, we create a novel riding experience inspired by their biggest racing heros.
If
users get access to motorcycle metrics
Then
they will engage differently and be more immersed
Because
it brings them a step closer to a Moto GP-like experience

User-Centric Goal
Inspire riders to ride to their fullest through an extended, enhanced, digital experience.

A digital presence established.
The project kickstarted TVS's B2C digital transformation journey and became a foundational template for future builds such as their Marvel tie-up for the special edition endgame launch campaign.
Retrospective
The project could have been executed better. Focussing on simplicity and a single job well done.

Collaborating at a strategic level builds strong foundations.
