Outcome & Takeaway

Unfortunately, due to changes in GDPR compliance rules and regulations, the project was shelved.

Design first is cost efficient

It minimises development expenses while still providing valuable research and design assets for future use, especially if a project needs to be shelved. (as in this case)

Keeping up with industry trends

Staying informed about industry trends could have allowed us to approach the project differently, potentially preventing its shelving.

Designing for reusability

Well-documented design work can be repurposed later if priorities change. Components, wireframes, and research can inform future projects.
